Friends we met the night before...

from walks of life that would never normally meet...

 

Some, now scattered all over the globe...

Old friends displaced from the storm.... that had yet to come....

Some, thankfully still with us in service to Azrael...

 

others who have been with us through the long haul.

 

And those who are always with us, but out of touch.

 

We still remember you...

 

No matter where you are...

when you came before His altar....

you became "family".....

 

and that is something we will never forget.

All the wonderous souls that have gathered under this roof...

 

and the lengths they will go to show their devotion...

 

even our Pentacostal neighbor who tried to teach kids about the Angel of Death.

 

From"scream queens" like Barbara Steele and Lilith Stabs (pictured here)

 

to my dad, who was our ever present "security guard"/undertaker.

 

All who came before His many altars....

Have been given a gift...

 

and some fond visions...

 

of things you don't normally see...

 

in an "art gallery"....

 

Because, despite all titles,

It was a place filled with Love.....
